Darren LaCroix

Darren is a Senior Executive and Board Member with 20 years of success across early-stage technology and growth companies. Through his consultancy and independent ventures, he has been involved in multiple successful exits in the industries of hyper-converged platforms, wired and wireless telecommunications, software development, transfer protocol, high frequency trading, distributed storage and processing, and now in the world of security.

Danielle Tarino

Danielle (Dani) is a nationally recognized subject matter expert on privacy, confidentiality, and health information technology development. During her tenure with the federal government, she was responsible for many national level policies, the development of innovative technology, and served as an analyst. Dani has held executive roles at multiple national non-profits. She has a Master’s degree from Harvard Medical School and a master’s degree from Georgetown University, where she  was also appointed as an adjunct professor.

Bob Twitchell

Bob has an extensive background in the industry. He holds 122 granted US Patents with many additional non-provisional patents pending in wireless, GPS, networking, and location technology.  He is a SME (Subject Matter Expert) for DoD on mobile phones and cyber warfare.

Board of Directors

Deborah Dunie

Deborah (Deb) is an Independent Board Director working with both publicly traded and private boards. She brings her deep knowledge of technology, digital transformation, enterprise risk, cyber governance, privacy, and security to the boardroom. Deb is a NACD Board Leadership Fellow, recognized for her commitment to the highest standards of boardroom excellence. She mentors executives and is frequently called upon to speak to boards about strategic growth and C-suite relations.

Deb also serves on the boards of two publicly traded Fortune 500 companies, SAIC (NYSE: SAIC), and Alliant Energy Corporation (NASDAC: LNT). At SAIC she serves on the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, the Human Resources and Compensation Committee, and the Classified Business Oversight Committee. At Alliant Energy, she is a member of the Compensation and Personnel Committee and the Operations Committee.

Deb brings over 30 years of senior level business experience through key executive positions with leading technology companies. She retired in 2015 as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of CACI International, a worldwide information solutions and services provider (NYSE: CACI). During her tenure at CACI she focused on driving the solutions and services portfolio and was instrumental in identifying and closing 18 mergers and acquisitions aligned to the corporate growth strategy. Deb has demonstrated expertise in cyber security, cloud mobility, data analytics and intelligence.

Raj Kanodia

Raj is a Managing Director of Sagewind Capital LLC. He has experience investing in the government services, technology, business services, and healthcare industries. Prior to joining Sagewind Capital, Raj was at American Securities, a leading middle market private equity fund. He sits on the boards of Axient, By Light Professional IT Services, Federal Advisory Partners, GCOM Software LLC, Sigma Defense, and Skience.
Raj has a BS degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering and a BS degree in Computational Finance from Carnegie Mellon University, and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

In Memoriam Vincent Stewart, Board Member Emeritus

 

Lieutenant General Vincent Stewart (Vince) was the Founder and CEO of Stewart Global Solutions, LLC, an international consulting organization. He retired from the U.S. Marine Corps after more than 38 years of active commissioned service to the nation. On his final tour of duty, he served as the Deputy Commander United States Cyber Command, one of the 11 Combatant Commands of the Department of Defense with military and civilian personnel stationed worldwide. Prior to that assignment, he served as the 20th Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), culminating an intelligence career by overseeing the global defense intelligence enterprise supporting customers from the President of the United States to the troops deployed around the world. In his other General Officer assignments, he served as the Commander, Marine Corps Forces Cyberspace Command and as the Director of Intelligence for the U.S. Marine Corps.

Among his awards and decorations are the Defense Distinguished Service Medal, the Navy and Marine Corps Distinguished Service Medal, the Defense Superior Service Medal, the Legion of Merit, the Bronze Star and the National Intelligence Distinguished Service Medal.

Vince was a mentor, friend, and board member at Code-X. We feel honored to have had the privilege to work with and learn from him over the years. We miss Vince and his leadership, guidance, and humor. We continue to strive to meet his high standards of integrity and service, and to answer the call of a question he asked of us often; “What have you done for your country today?”
